Delivery is free for all orders over £50 to England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. Delivery is free for all orders over £100 to Republic of Ireland.
Of course, we have regular shipping offers that may be better than this!
Any orders under £50 will be charged delivery at the following rates.

Returns
We want you to be relaxed when buying from GingerHelmets so we have a 30 Day 'No Quibble' Returns Policy.
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase or you simply change your mind, we’ll exchange the product or refund you. It's up to you.
The only thing we ask of you is that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it. That means unused with the labels and tags still on.
Dead flies on clothing and helmets are not unused!

Self Service Returns:
Step 1: Process Your Return

Email support@gingerparts.com or call +44 (0)28 4482 1828 to get a Returns Authorisation number (RA#).
Step 2: Ship Your Return

Please return all items undamaged in their original packaging.

Put it in the original shipping box - if you still have. If not, please DON'T use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.

Ensure that the Returns Authorisation number is enclosed AND clearly visible on the shipping box.

For your own peace of mind, we recommend you send them Recorded Delivery or a 'signed for' courier service. We don't accept liability of items lost in transit. All costs for returning goods are your responsibility unless we have delivered a wrong or a faulty item. If you are returning goods for an exchange please include a £5 note to cover the postage costs of exchanged item being returned to you.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

When we receive your package we will send you a confirmation email.

Once we have processed your return we will send you an email to confirm that a refund has been issued or the exchange product has been dispatched. We will refund you using your original payment method ie. Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Google Checkout.

Note: Special Order products are non returnable and non refundable. Special Order items are clearly marked 'Special Order' at the time of purchase. If you are in any doubt please contact us on the number above.
Parcel Tracking
We don't currently offer a parcel tracking service, but we are working closely with our shipping companies to add this as soon as possible. Stay tuned.
